SENATE BILL NO. 123 An Act relating to public interest litigants               
and to attorney fees; and amending Rule 82, Alaska Rules of Civil              
Procedure was read the second time.                                            
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
2376. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 123(FIN)                       
was adopted and read the second time.
